There are two entrances to the Wonderground: either from the stairwell off Broadway, or from the east entrance to the Wonder Market. Upon entering the east Market entrance, turn left, go through the double glass doors, and then take either the stairs or the elevator down to the basement. The east, Market entrance is the entrance anyone with a disability or difficulty navigating stairs should use.
